This role is responsible for leading formulation activities to ensure continuous product improvement, formula optimization, and regulatory compliance, contributing to product performance, cost efficiency, and innovation.. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead the development and optimization of product formulas to improve quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness. . Conduct research and development to explore new ingredients, raw materials, and innovative solutions.. . Ensure product formulations comply with all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards.. . Collaborate with New Product Development (NPD) teams to support product innovation and commercial launches.. . Evaluate raw materials and suppliers to maintain product consistency and performance.. . Maintain accurate formulation documentation, including test results, specifications, and processes.. . Provide technical expertise during production trials, scale-ups, and troubleshooting activities.. . Stay informed of market trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices relevant to product development.. . . Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.. . At least 2-3 years of experience in product formulation, research and development, or technical product support.. . Strong understanding of formulation processes, raw materials, and regulatory requirements.. . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.. .
