Handle customer inquiries regarding property management services, rental agreements, and property listings via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.. . Provide comprehensive information about available properties and assist clients with the leasing process.. . Support customers with any issues related to their rentals and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.. . Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.. . Keep detailed records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system.. . Work closely with property management and other departments to improve service delivery.. . Stay informed about local property markets to provide up-to-date information to clients.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.. .
