As a Performance Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to drive high-quality leads and support revenue growth through full-funnel, data-led campaigns. You’ll own strategy and execution across digital channels, with a focus on performance, precision, and brand consistency. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Strategic Marketing Ownership . . Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business goals.. . Define target audiences and buyer personas; conduct market and competitor research.. . Build and refine brand messaging across marketing touchpoints.. . . Demand Generation & Campaign Execution . . Plan and implement high-impact demand generation campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content.. . Manage campaign timelines, assets, and budgets across multiple channels.. . Oversee the creation and distribution of content (blog posts, white papers, videos, infographics, etc.). . Digital & Performance Marketing. . Manage all digital marketing channels: search, paid, social, and display.. . Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate.. . Own SEO/SEM strategies and manage execution in collaboration with external or internal teams.. . Sales Enablement & Cross-Team Collaboration. .
