Provide customer support for IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat in German.. . Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network services.. . Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.. . Educate clients about product usage, features, and updates to enhance their experience.. . Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support to customers.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an IT support role.. . Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.. .
