Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency. . Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of company goals. . Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to foster performance and professional growth. . Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant solutions. . Collaborate with other department heads, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support company objectives. . Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational performance. . Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards. . Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embrace best practices to enhance operational excellence. . Report to senior leadership on operational performance and progress on key initiatives.. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. . 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. . Proven track record of managing budgets and driving process improvements. . Experience with operational software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. .
