Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred).. Experience with Elixir or other backend technologies is a plus.. Ownership mindset with a track record of managing projects from inception to deployment.. Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous situations.. Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide team members and collaborate cross-functionally..
