Industry: Telemarketing (Experience required). Key Responsibilities. Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to engage potential clients and generate new sales opportunities. . Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and goals. . Book meetings or demos for Account Executives and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. . Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to manage and track outreach activity. . Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. . Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified leads. . Continuously improve outreach strategies through data-driven insights and feedback.. Minimum 1-2 years of . telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales experience. (B2B or B2C). . Fluent English (Verbal & Written). Strong communication and persuasive skills over the phone. . Comfortable handling objections and managing a high volume of calls daily. . Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement software. . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. . Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. .
