We are currently looking for an Information Technology - IT Support Associate in United States.. We are seeking a motivated IT Support Associate to join a collaborative team and provide hands-on technical support across a dynamic work environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for employees in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their technical expertise while supporting hardware, software, and network systems. With exposure to both in-office and remote support, this position offers growth opportunities in IT troubleshooting, system administration, and user support in a professional services setting.. . Accountabilities. . Provide first-level technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.. . Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows-based systems.. . Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices according to documentation.. . Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning.. . Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and documentation of support tickets.. . Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades, patches, and IT projects.. . Support Azure virtual desktops and troubleshoot connectivity issues.. . Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and firm-wide technology standards.. . . Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.. . 1+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.. . Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.. . Comfort providing IT support for remote employees across multiple time zones.. . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.. . Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to helping users.. . Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.. . Occasional overtime and weekend hours during busy periods (Jan–Apr & Aug–Oct).. . Preferred: Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktops, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
