Accountabilities:. ·         Design and implement scalable, performant, and accessible UI components and user workflows.. ·         Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.. ·         Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to design system evolution.. ·         Optimize frontend performance, ensuring responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility.. ·         Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability.. ·         Participate in code reviews, document architecture and design patterns, and uphold frontend engineering best practices.. ·         Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement within the frontend team.. ·         6+ years of experience in SaaS frontend development.. ·         Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.. ·         Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.. ·         Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications.. ·         Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.. ·         Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and frontend performance optimization best practices.. ·         Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and cloud environments (AWS experience is a plus).. ·         Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)..
