Assist users with questions related to the online marketplace platform. . Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve client issues. . Provide guidance on best practices for using the platform. . Gather feedback to continuously improve services offered. . Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills. . . Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. . Experience in customer support, ideally in an online or marketplace environment. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. .
