Manage social media presence for . 4 separate brands. across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.. Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, Reels/TikToks, stories, captions, and graphics.. Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for each business.. Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance.. Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and brand-appropriate interactions.. Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, leadership) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.. What We’re Looking For. 2+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or accounts.. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.. Experience with short-form video creation and editing.. Understanding of analytics, insights, and performance optimization.. Ability to switch between brands, tones, and strategies seamlessly.. Highly organized, creative, and proactive.. Strong communication and time-management skills.. Company Location: Philippines.
