Assist with general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations . . Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements . . Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation . . Support audits and year-end closings . . Industry knowledge in Real Estate, HOA, or Construction is a plus . . 2. Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist. . Manage full-cycle A/P: invoice processing, PO matching, and vendor payments . . Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner . . Reconcile A/P transactions and ensure timely and accurate payments . . Collaborate with procurement and finance teams . . Experience with U.S. accounting systems preferred . . 3. Senior CPA. . Lead month-end and year-end closings for multiple clients . . Oversee full accounting cycle and team workflows . . Conduct tax planning and filing (individual, corporate, partnership returns) . . Provide financial analysis and advisory support . . Ensure GAAP compliance and provide audit support . . Proven ability to work directly with U.S. clients and senior stakeholders . . General Qualifications:. . CPA licensure (for Senior CPA role); strong accounting background for non-CPA roles . . Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience . . Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar U.S. accounting software . . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail . . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . . Experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards . . Highly organized, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines . . Reliable internet and remote-ready workstation . . Nice to Have:. . Experience working with U.S. clients or firms . . Background in HOAs, construction, or property management accounting . . Familiarity with project-based accounting or job costing . .
