WFH Family Vacation & Theme Park Coordinator at ExploreMore with Fran. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Family Vacation & Theme Park Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning family-friendly vacations, including theme park trips, resort stays, and customized travel experiences. You’ll research destinations, prepare quotes, and coordinate itineraries to ensure each trip is well-organized and tailored to the needs of families. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organization, and delivering excellent customer service.. Key Responsibilities:. Research and recommend family vacation options, including theme parks, resorts, and activities . Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries . Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and answer general inquiries . Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and special requests . Maintain accurate client records, reservations, and travel documentation . Provide professional, timely service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable client experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail . Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) . Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently . Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace . Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required. Company Location: United States.
