Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings, managing the full sales process from enquiry to confirmation . Design, quote, and manage luxury safari itineraries, with a focus on South African destinations . Maintain accurate records of client communication, quotes, and bookings . Manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service . Build strong relationships with clients, lodges, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations . Continuously identify opportunities to improve client experience and sales outcomes. Must-Have Requirements. Established track record of sales (3–5 years) with a stable employment history . Strong administrative and organizational skills . Highly intelligent, switched-on, and able to multitask at a high level . High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills . Hunger to succeed, self-motivated, and results-driven . Confident in client-facing roles, including phone and email communication. Nice to Have. Previous experience in travel, luxury tourism, or safari sales . Knowledge of South African destinations, lodges, and travel logistics .
