Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.. . Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. . . Scheduling: Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events. . . Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports. . . Task Management: Monitor and follow up on action items, ensuring tasks are completed timely and to a high standard. • Customer Relations: Handle inquiries and provide support to clients and partners. . Qualifications: . . • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant or any similar role. . . • Experienced working with C-level executives. . . • Experience with current technologies like G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets), and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom). . . • Excellent time management and organizational skills. . . • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. . . • Excellent written English skills for email and instant messaging communication.. .
