This is a people-focused role that requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Serve as the main point of contact for HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring efficient communication and service.. . Manage association operations in accordance with legal documents, financial guidelines, contracts, and maintenance needs.. . Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues, covenant violations, and architectural concerns.. . Oversee and coordinate contractor services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of work orders.. . Develop and present annual budgets to HOA boards and support capital improvement planning.. .
