Content Marketing Specialist. . This role combines content marketing, light account management, and some operations support. The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with the founder to create high-quality content, manage client communications, and keep projects organized in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the USA and be able to create content from a US perspective. . Key Responsibilities: . Create high-quality content that supports SEO, brand visibility, and client goals (70% of the role). . Manage client communication, provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure satisfaction (20%). . Support operational tasks such as project tracking, reporting, and coordination (10%). . Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up content production and automate repetitive tasks. . Collaborate closely with the founder and team through Slack and Asana. . Maintain a high level of consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables. . Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows as the company grows.. Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, PR, and/or brand visibility. . Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients. . Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance content output.. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where tasks and priorities can shift. . Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently reliable work day to day. . Growth mindset—open to learning new tools, improving skills, and taking on new challenges.. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana. . Background working in an SEO agency is preferred, but not required. .
