
Bookkeeper (AU Healthcare, WFH) Part time at ConnectOS. Key Responsibilities . Accounts and Reconciliation . ● Reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable . ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero . Payroll and Superannuation . ● Prepare fortnightly payroll and ABA files for processing. ● Ensure timely and accurate processing of superannuation obligations. ● Monitor and report on outstanding invoices and payment follow-ups . Accounts Payable . ● Prepare and summarise current payable items for approval . ● Generate ABA files and submit in advance of scheduled payment dates Compliance and Reporting . ● Collaborate with the Accountant and CFO to support: ○ GST, BAS, IAS reporting ○ End-of-year financial documentation . ● Ensure all financial reconciliations are completed weekly Communication and Liaison . ● Respond to internal finance queries promptly . ● Liaise with the Admin team to clarify any discrepancies . ● Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial communications . Compliance and Reporting . ● Collaborate with the Accountant and CFO to support: . ○ GST, BAS, IAS reporting . ○ End-of-year financial documentation.
