Manage customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide detailed information regarding product features, pricing, and usage.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through the resolution process.. . Resolve complaints and technical questions thoroughly and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.. . Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate customer support and meet client needs.. . Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and product developments to better assist clients.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.. .
