You’ll work alongside strategists, developers, analysts, and client teams to shepherd enterprise-grade CRM and analytics solutions—from planning through launch.. Act as the . central hub. between client stakeholders, technical vendors, and internal cross-functional teams. Lead end-to-end delivery. of development-heavy initiatives (e.g., Salesforce integrations, predictive dashboards, data-driven campaign systems). Own . weekly planning, resourcing, and communication cycles. : status updates, timelines, risks, and scope. Organize and facilitate working sessions, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and multi-agency alignment meetings. Translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans. Qualifications. 7+ years. of project/program management experience in digital, tech-forward environments. Strong experience managing . CRM/data-driven development. projects (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar). Highly organized and assertive. —can manage up, across, and down with grace under pressure. Familiarity with . JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and Waterfall. methodologies. Excellent communicator who can distill technical complexity into clear, business-impacting language. Relentless and professional follow-ups to manage on-time delivery. Understanding of data security.
