About the Role:. The Clinical Operations Liaison will play a key role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and success of Cynet Health’s clinical workforce. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted resource for healthcare providers and internal staff, guiding them through remediation, coaching, and performance management. You will collaborate with clients, recruiters, and compliance teams to resolve clinical issues, audit provider credentials, and uphold the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. What will you be doing day to day? . . Clinical remediation and coaching/counseling of healthcare professionals. . Assist clients in determining client/clinician needs and matches. . Assist with timely resolution of Clinical Incident Reports. . Review of provider(s) credentials as requested to ensure compliance to include health documents, Licensures/Certifications, Primary Source Verifications, Competencies, etc. . Coach and review clinician results on exams and assessments. . Assist in monthly performance review/feedback on DNRs. . Submission profile audits per client request. . Clinical Interviews at the facility request. . Assist in review of client evaluations and contribute to ongoing performance evaluations of clinical staff. . Review and file all incident reports and take necessary actions for remediation. . Assist in quality assurance measurements and audits. . Ensure team compliance as per TJC/JCAHO standard. . Review of provider(s) credentials as requested to ensure compliance to include health documents, Licensures/Certifications, Primary Source Verifications, Competencies, etc. . Assist in TJC/JCAHO Audits. . Monitor developments in the industry and TJC/OSHA-related matters. . Policy and procedure review and assist in implementation. . Participate in Clinical and/or Compliance Projects as assigned.. . Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.. . Your Experience and Skills:. . 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.. . 3+ Experience in clinical oversight at staffing/travel healthcare management. . BSN or MSN. . Great attitude, passion, and drive to be successful. . High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability. . Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving. .
