Interact with customers and partners to understand technical requirements and map solutions to platform capabilities.. . Implement, configure, and validate integrations between customer CRMs and the platform, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.. . Develop, automate, and monitor ETL workflows across various systems and platforms.. . Assist with security and SSO integration, collaborating with customer security teams to meet technical requirements.. . Document and enforce system designs, standards, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality.. . Provide guidance to improve implementation processes, customer documentation, and support protocols.. . Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to research technical challenges and recommend product or integration enhancements.. . . 2+ years of experience working directly with customers to implement CRM integrations.. . Strong proficiency with SQL databases and AWS technologies (Appflow, Airflow, Glue Athena, S3, ECS, Cognito, Cloudwatch).. . Experience writing and modifying SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and views.. . Familiarity with fundraising CRMs such as Blackbaud, Ellucian, Salesforce, or similar, with a strong understanding of CRM data models.. . Development or scripting experience with SFTP, APIs, SDKs, and ETL processes.. . Ability to debug custom solutions down to API calls and handle JSON data effectively.. . Experience implementing and configuring LDAP and SSO integrations.. . Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.. .
