Responsibilities. . Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding flight bookings, schedules, and services.. . Provide timely and accurate information on airline policies, ticketing, baggage, and travel regulations.. . Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues professionally and efficiently.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality service delivery.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.. . Stay updated with airline promotions, procedures, and industry trends impacting customer service.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.. .
