We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Oncology in the United States.. As a Senior Project Manager in Oncology, you will oversee complex clinical studies from initiation through completion, ensuring high-quality delivery while meeting timelines and budgets. You will serve as the primary client liaison, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive study success. This role emphasizes risk management, financial oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will mentor team members, foster collaboration, and contribute to continuous process improvements. The position also involves supporting business development and presenting key updates to stakeholders. Your expertise will directly impact clinical outcomes and the advancement of oncology research.. Accountabilities. . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing escalation support and ensuring effective communication.. . Coordinate all functional services and external vendors to meet study timelines and budgets.. . Manage project budgets, scope, and change orders, ensuring early identification and resolution of out-of-scope activities.. . Develop comprehensive project plans with proactive risk management, monitoring trial and team progress through established metrics.. . Ensure quality management across projects, including eTMF readiness, corrective actions, and adherence to relevant SOPs and regulatory guidelines.. . Lead internal and client meetings, prepare status updates, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.. . Support study-specific training, business development initiatives, and other duties as assigned to achieve organizational goals.. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.. . Minimum of 7 years’ clinical research experience with at least 4 years in direct project management.. . Proven experience managing complex, global clinical trials, including oncology and cell/gene therapy studies.. . Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, project management techniques, risk management, and change management.. . Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.. . Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.. .
