Responsibilities. . Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients via telehealth.. . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.. . Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.. . Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, to provide holistic patient care.. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with health regulations.. . Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute situations when needed.. . Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and case outcomes.. . . Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.. . Board certification in Psychiatry is required.. . State licensure to practice psychiatry in the United States.. . Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.. . Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.. . Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a team player.. .
