Software Engineer, IoT Reliability. , you will own the health and observability of our nationwide fleet of IoT devices. You will work with embedded systems, backend infrastructure, and site reliability to ensure our devices are always online and performing reliably.. What You'll Do. . . Design and implement. systems to monitor, diagnose, and improve the health of our IoT devices at scale.. . . Build internal tools. and scripts for device setup, fleet observability, and QA automation.. . . Contribute to backend services. that support device integration, calibration, and reliability.. . . Investigate and resolve. fleet-wide issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and telemetry.. . . Test and tune. hardware products to ensure optimal performance.. . .
