The Grant Writer is a remote, results-driven position responsible for identifying, researching, and writing compelling grant proposals to support the mission and growth of our main company and its sister non-profit company. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, this position operates with a high level of autonomy and is expected to proactively manage the grant lifecycle—from opportunity identification through submission and reporting. . . The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in securing healthcare-related funding and understands the nuances of behavioral health, adolescent treatment, and wraparound support services. This is a strategic role that helps secure the financial resources needed to expand access to trauma-informed care, housing, and behavioral health services for adolescents. . Key Responsibilities: . Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies at the federal, state, county, and local levels. . Pursue funding from philanthropic, private, and institutional sources aligned with the mission both organizations.. Write and submit high-quality, tailored grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents in accordance with funder guidelines and deadlines. . Collaborate with leadership to gather necessary program information, outcomes data, and budgets for inclusion in proposals. . Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines, submission dates, and reporting requirements across both organizations. . Track the status of all grant applications and ensure timely submission of follow-up reports or renewal requests. . Prepare progress reports and impact statements for awarded grants to fulfill funder requirements. . Work closely with the Director of Revenue to align funding strategies with organizational priorities and annual revenue goals. . Maintain accurate records of all grant activity and correspondence using internal systems or grant tracking tools. . Ensure consistency in messaging, mission alignment, and compliance with branding and regulatory standards. . Stay informed on trends in healthcare, behavioral health, youth services, and nonprofit funding landscapes. . Required Qualifications: . Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. . Minimum 3 years of grant writing experience with a successful track record of securing funding for healthcare institutions. . Demonstrated ability to write grants at the federal, state, county, and local levels. . Experience pursuing and managing philanthropic and private foundation grants. . Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone and language to a variety of funders. . Excellent time management, organization, and self-direction in a remote setting. . Familiarity with budgets, logic models, and program outcome frameworks. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and grant platforms (e.g., Grants.gov, Foundation Directory Online, etc.). . Minimum Requirements: .
