This role directly contributes to revenue growth by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the overall sales function with high-quality engagements.. Core Responsibilities:. . Lead Generation & Prospecting:. Identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.. . . Client Engagement:. Conducting initial conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning Flagler Health’s offerings effectively.. . . Appointment Setting:. Scheduling meetings for the sales team by effectively engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.. . . CRM Management:. Updating and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM (Notion).. . . Market Research & Analysis:. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.. . . Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:. Working closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.. . Non-Negotiables. . 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales. . Experience in healthcare tech or working with medical professionals. . Strong communication skills (verbal and written). . Ability to handle objections and think on their feet during conversations. . Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion. . Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. . Nice-to-Haves. . Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft). . A track record of exceeding quotas in an SDR or BDR role. . Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure messaging. . .
