This person will lead retail expansion, build strong client relationships, and grow sales across channels—including our DSD and Wholesale Distribution. Lead and execute the overall Sales strategy to meet revenue goals. . Analyze sales data (Client Portals), and optimize pricing strategies. . Analyze in store photo reports and assign tasks to sales reps.. . Identify and close deals with Retailers, Cafes, Grab N Go, etc.. . Manage and grow Client relationships and broker networks. . Schedule In-store Demos. . Collaborate with Marketing for product launches, demos, and in-store promotions. . Represent NILO at trade shows, tasting events, and B2B expos. . Recruit sales team and In-Store demos team as needed. . Occasional travel to the USA and other countries to coach and tag along with the sales team, train new hires, store visits, close deals with clients, trade shows, etc. . . VISA to travel to USA . . 3–5+ years of experience in CPG or beverage sales. . Proven success in building retail or food service accounts from the ground up. . Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. . Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. . BONUS: Experience in DSD Sales.. . Bachelor’s Degree. . Good mathematical and Organizational skills. . Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel). . English language. . Company Location: El Salvador.
