Assist customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to Disney Plus. . Resolve issues regarding account access, subscription plans, and content availability. . Document customer interactions accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer problems. . Provide information on upcoming content, features, and promotions. . Collect and share customer feedback to improve service delivery. . Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge. . A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
