We are seeking a highly experienced Trainee Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails (1-2 years of experience), Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus), PostgreSQL, Test-driven development, REST API, AI Open AI, Claude, Gemini, Git, GitHub. . IMPORTANT: This role is initially for a 3- to 6-month project, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.. • Assist in building and maintaining product features using Ruby on Rails under the guidance of senior developers.. • Support the development of secure and scalable systems for scheduling, payments, and user management.. • Write clean, maintainable code and learn best practices for testing and documentation.. • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and sprint planning sessions.. • Help monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.. • Contribute to discussions about improving tools, processes, and product quality.. • Learn to explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities to improve user experience and efficiency.. • Document your progress, lessons learned, and small wins along the way.. • Excellent Communication Skills, .
