Accountabilities. . Lead and motivate a top-performing Account Management team, setting KPIs and holding team members accountable while fostering a positive, high-energy culture.. . Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and expand relationships with key enterprise clients.. . Partner closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to drive pipeline conversion and customer engagement.. . Champion best practices in account management, pipeline tracking, reporting, and revenue forecasting.. . Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development for team members.. . Influence strategic decisions with insights on customer trends, opportunities, and market dynamics.. . . 5–7 years of experience managing enterprise sales or account management teams of 4–7 members.. . Proven track record selling innovative solutions to C-level executives and other key decision-makers.. . Deep domain knowledge of the customer service and contact center industry, with an ability to provide credible insights on trends and best practices.. .
