Senior Meta Ads Creative Strategist – DTC Focus. to join a fast-moving, performance-driven team. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to develop creative that drives measurable results, especially on Meta platforms.. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire creative pipeline—from ideation to execution. You’ll be responsible for writing ad scripts, developing briefs, managing a structured testing calendar, analyzing performance, and scaling winning content. You'll collaborate closely with editors, creators, and the growth team to launch new ad concepts every week.. You’ll also be expected to appear in UGC-style ads from time to time, so being comfortable on camera is a must.. Write high-performing Meta ad scripts, hooks, and briefs . . Manage a structured weekly testing calendar with a high output of creative . . Appear in UGC-style ad content when needed . . Analyze ad performance data and turn insights into clear creative direction . . Build systems that enable faster creative iteration and higher performance . . Collaborate with editors, creators, and growth teams to launch new ads weekly . . Give strategic input on landing pages and other funnel assets . . Stay deeply connected to the customer through reviews, surveys, and market research . . Understand the full customer journey and how creative impacts each stage . . Take ownership of creative performance and bring forward new ideas proactively. . . 3–5 years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or direct response marketing . . Proven ability to write and launch Meta ads that have scaled profitably . . Experience working with high-growth DTC brands, ideally those with 9-figure revenue . . Strong copywriting instincts focused on clarity, structure, and conversion . . Ability to work independently and manage your own creative pipeline . . Comfortable appearing on camera in a natural, UGC-style format . . Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and how creative influences acquisition and scale . . Collaborative mindset with experience working with media buyers, editors, and creators . . Strong customer empathy and insight into buyer psychology . . Familiarity with full-funnel creative strategies, including landing pages . . High creative velocity and an eagerness to test, iterate, and drive results . . Company Location: Germany.
