The Delivery Manager role supports operational excellence across multiple projects, ensuring project cadence, data hygiene, and accuracy of delivery information. Delivery Managers work closely with the Head of Delivery Operations and Technical Leads to maintain accurate Jira data, uphold governance standards, and contribute to KPI reporting. . . This role ensures that delivery data is clean, reliable, and aligned to project milestones, enabling accurate forecasting, utilisation reporting, and SLA adherence. Delivery Managers are central to embedding discipline in delivery processes and ensuring transparency of project status. . . Key Responsibilities . Project Cadence & Data Hygiene . Maintain consistent delivery rhythm through structured project calls and cadence tracking. . Ensure Jira tickets are correctly tagged, updated, and closed in line with SOPs. . Own hygiene of delivery data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all projects. . KPI & SLA Adherence . Monitor and support adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) across delivery. . Provide accurate data inputs for KPI dashboards and reporting to senior stakeholders. . Flag risks to data accuracy, resource gaps, or delivery blockers early for resolution. . Operational Support & Collaboration . Support Head of Delivery Operations with forecasting insights and utilisation tracking. . Collaborate with Finance Partner, Technical Leads, and Delivery Coordinators to ensure alignment of delivery and commercial data. . Maintain documentation, SOPs, and delivery reporting standards. . Governance & Escalation . Escalate risks, blockers, or data anomalies to Head of Delivery Operations or Technical Leads as appropriate. . Reinforce operational discipline across delivery teams, ensuring consistency of reporting. . . Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience . • Experience managing or coordinating delivery across multiple projects. . • Proven ability to maintain delivery cadence and ensure data accuracy. . • Strong knowledge of delivery tooling such as Jira (or equivalent). . • Ability to monitor and escalate risks related to data, blockers, or SLA adherence. . • Excellent organisational and scheduling skills. . • Strong communication skills to engage across technical and non-technical teams. . . Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience . • Experience in data-driven environments (e.g. data migration, data development, analytics). . • Exposure to KPI reporting and SLA monitoring. . • Familiarity with BI or project reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). . • Previous experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries. . • Degree or certification in project management, business, or a related field. . .
