You’ll be the . only.  full-time product manager in the company, working directly alongside the CEO (who owns product), a product designer, and a 12-person engineering team. Our current senior PM is moving on, and this role will step into the driver’s seat.. This is a . hands-on product builder.  role — not a strategy-only position or a people manager. You’ll write specs, manage sprints, QA releases, run discovery, and own day-to-day product operations across a high-growth, multi-module platform. Write clear, actionable tickets and product specs that drive alignment and unblock engineers. . Partner with the CEO and Head of Design to shape roadmap priorities and feature definitions. . Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, QA, and weekly ship cycles with a fully remote engineering team. . Conduct product discovery and user research to identify and validate the most important problems. . Create rapid feedback loops with customers, internal teams, and the data to drive iteration. . Use AI tools to accelerate product work: from specs to documentation to competitive research. . Be the connective tissue between engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success. . Drive product quality, performance, and clarity from idea through launch and iteration. . Must Haves:. . 4–8+ years in Product Management or Product Owner roles at early-stage or growth-stage SaaS companies. . Proven experience owning product execution from roadmap to shipped features — not just strategy. . Strong user intuition and product judgment: you know when to test, when to iterate, and when to ship. . You write clean, unambiguous specs and know how to keep a sprint moving forward. . Confident running a product process with limited overhead — you like velocity and autonomy. . Deep comfort working with technical teams in distributed environments. . Familiarity with POS systems, B2B2C models, or complex SaaS architectures is a plus. . AI-native mindset: fluent in using LLMs and AI tools to supercharge your product workflow. .
