As a Senior GenAI Algorithms Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced generative AI models to solve complex real-world problems. The role involves implementing new algorithms, tuning for performance and accuracy, defining APIs, and building scalable AI toolsets. Accountabilities. ·         Develop, maintain, and optimize generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.. ·         Contribute to open source frameworks and libraries, ensuring state-of-the-art performance and usability.. ·         Design and implement large-scale distributed systems for AI training and inference, including data preprocessing, orchestration, and deployment pipelines.. ·         Analyze, improve, and extend AI/DL libraries, frameworks, and APIs following engineering best practices.. ·         Prototype and develop effective tools and infrastructure pipelines to support AI research and deployment.. ·         Collaborate with internal teams and the open source community to implement robust, high-performance AI algorithms.. ·         Publish research findings and technical contributions in scientific publications and open source repositories.. . ·         PhD or Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.. ·         5+ years of industry experience in AI, machine learning, or related computational fields.. ·         Strong fundamentals in mathematics and deep learning algorithms.. ·         Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/DL frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.. ·         Experience in debugging, performance analysis, test design, and technical documentation.. ·         Ability to work in a collaborative, product-focused, and multifaceted technical environment.. ·         Prior experience with generative AI models, LLMs, and multimodal variants (image, video, speech) is highly desirable.. ·         Knowledge of large-scale AI training, distributed systems, performance optimization, and deployment environments (e.g., ONNX, Triton) is a plus.. ·         Understanding of GPU/CPU architecture and numerical software is advantageous.. .
