Accountabilities:. . Analyze marketing channel and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes and ROI.. . Lead funnel and conversion rate analysis to uncover trends in lead generation, engagement, and retention.. . Serve as the go-to expert for all marketing analytics requests, delivering strategic recommendations to optimize performance.. . Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to prioritize and fulfill data needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.. . Translate marketing goals into functional requirements and user stories to support communication with technical teams.. . Continuously monitor campaign KPIs and identify areas for A/B testing and optimization opportunities.. . . 8+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing analytics, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or related industries.. . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.. . Deep familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.. . Skilled in Looker Studio, Tableau, and data warehouse platforms like Snowflake.. . Proven ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights for cross-functional teams.. . Excellent communication skills; capable of delivering findings to non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders.. .
