Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Nordic languages.. . Assist with customer inquiries regarding logistics and supply chain processes.. . Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.. . Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.. .
