We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Hospitality & Tourism industry. Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the hospitality and tourism sector.. . Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and professionally.. . Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes to reservations.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant departments for service improvement.. . Collaborate with team members to achieve KPIs and maintain high service quality standards.. . Stay updated on company policies, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.. . Proficient in using customer service software and tools.. .
