Handle emergency calls from German-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance.. . Assess customer needs and provide prompt, clear guidance and support.. . Coordinate with service providers to ensure immediate assistance is provided.. . Accurately document all customer interactions and necessary follow-ups.. . Deliver empathetic, professional service with a focus on customer safety and satisfaction.. . Keep updated on company services, policies, and best practices related to roadside assistance.. . Collaborate with fellow team members to improve service quality continuously.. . . Fluent in German and English, with exceptional communication skills.. .
