Your responsibility areas:. . Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for SuperBattery solutions in stationary applications.. . Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.. . Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs, translating insights into business opportunities.. . Lead negotiations and secure commercial agreements with partners and customers.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to align business objectives with product development.. . Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.. . Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.. . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field.. . 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the grid, renewable, or industrial industries, or from the battery field.. . Strong understanding of battery technologies and energy storage solutions. . . Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships in a technical B2B environment.. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.. . Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to execution.. .
