As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist French-speaking customers with their telecommunications inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, products, and billing via phone, email, and live chat in French.. . Provide guidance on service activation, troubleshooting, and account management.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with technical support and other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.. . Keep up to date with industry changes and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.. . . Fluency in French (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills.. . Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality.. .
