Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video streaming promptly and effectively.. . Guide customers on utilizing the platform and its features to enhance their experience.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.. . Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.. . Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product updates and improve support skills.. . Provide feedback to management to help enhance customer service processes and overall user experience.. . . Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.. . Strong customer service orientation and a passion for assisting others.. . Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.. .
