Work cross-functionally with design, product, engineering, and client success teams to embed insights into the product development lifecycle.. . Manage end-to-end research operations, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and communications.. . Champion user-centered thinking and help build a culture of empathy across teams.. . Serve as a strategic advisor, helping stakeholders translate findings into actionable decisions.. . . 4+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end projects.. . Proficiency in a wide range of research methodologies and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.. . Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations.. . Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly and persuasively.. . Experience with research platforms and tools such as Dscout, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma, Rally UXR, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Heap.. .
