As a part of our dedicated team, you will assist clients with product inquiries, technical support, and order management, all while providing exceptional service in Italian.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide detailed information about product specifications, pricing, and availability.. . Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any necessary changes or cancellations.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.. . Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of inquiries.. . Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.. . Previous customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.. . Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.. . Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.. . Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate order management.. . Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.. .
