As a Sr. Platform Engineer, you will:. . Design, implement, and manage observability systems using tools like New Relic, Grafana, and Splunk.. . Develop Python-based automation for monitoring, remediation, and system scalability.. . Integrate internal and third-party tools via APIs to enable unified dashboards, alert routing, and enhanced visibility.. . Connect observability platforms with incident management, CI/CD, and ticketing systems.. . Lead system reliability efforts through SLO/SLI definitions, performance analytics, and infrastructure optimization.. . Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure resilient, low-risk deployments.. . Monitor, debug, and resolve platform performance issues at both application and infrastructure levels.. . Serve as a technical mentor and influence architectural direction across teams.. . . Candidates should have:. . 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on observability and automation.. .
