Financial Operations & Bookkeeping. Manage day-to-day financial transactions using Xero. Handle accounts payable and receivable with a strong focus on accuracy. Perform regular bank and account reconciliations across multiple entities. Maintain clean and organized financial records. Multi-Entity Management. Support financial processes across multiple business entities. Ensure consistency and accuracy across different accounts and structures. Assist in consolidating financial data where required. Data Handling & Problem Solving. Work confidently with incomplete or messy financial data. Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues proactively. Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date. Operational Support. Assist with finance-related operational tasks and process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial workflows. Provide timely updates and maintain responsiveness in communication. 2+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, or similar roles. Strong hands-on experience with Xero. Experience working with multi-entity businesses. High level of accuracy and attention to detail (non-negotiable). Comfortable working with imperfect or unstructured data. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools. Highly responsive and reliable in communication.
