Para Broker (Mortgage Broker Support) at Tarino. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented . Para Broker. a dynamic team, an established Australian mortgage broking company. As a Para Broker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our brokers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the preparation and management of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines. You will also liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing from application through to settlement.. You will play a critical role in supporting brokers with credit analysis, lender selection and loan structuring. This role goes beyond administrative support and requires strong understanding of lender policy, servicing calculators and credit appetite to assist in delivering high-quality, compliant loan submissions.. You will assess client scenarios, identify suitable lender options and help structure applications strategically to maximise approval outcomes.. Key Responsibilities. Assist brokers in reviewing and preparing loan applications . Collect and verify necessary documentation from clients and third parties . Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files . Communicate with lenders to monitor application status and expedite approvals . Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on application progress . Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies . Support the team with administrative tasks related to loan processing as required . Assess client scenarios to filter for the most suitable lender options based on policy, servicing and loan structure. What We Are Looking For. Previous experience in a mortgage broking or finance support role (preferred) . Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure . Excellent organizational and time management skills . Strong written and verbal communication skills . Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace . Understanding of Australian mortgage processes and lender requirements is desirable. Previous experience in a mortgage broking or finance support role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal English communication skills . Proactive attitude - able to follow up clients, lenders, and third parties without being prompted . Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop/desktop, quiet workspace).
