Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to the sports betting platform. . Assist customers with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and betting inquiries. . Effectively resolve customer complaints while adhering to company policies. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve the user experience. . Stay up-to-date with sports betting trends and platform updates to provide knowledgeable assistance. . Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our services. . . Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming or betting industry, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide prompt resolutions. .
