Required Skills & Experience. • Proven experience with Salesforce administration and customization.. • Strong hands-on expertise with FieldFX (configuration, workflows, pricing, job management, mobile module).. • Industry experience in Oil & Gas, preferably within oilfield services operations.. • Experience in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flows) is a plus.. • Knowledge of system integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools).. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.. • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.. Preferred Qualifications. • Salesforce Administrator or Field Service Lightning certification.. • FieldFX-specific certifications or proven project track record.. • Experience supporting oilfield services, energy, or related industries.. Key Responsibilities. • Maintenance & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the existing FieldFX implementation to ensure continuous system performance and user satisfaction.. • Enhancements & Improvements: Design, configure, and deploy new features, workflows, and process improvements within Salesforce and FieldFX to meet evolving business requirements.. • Integration & Data Management: Manage integrations with Salesforce modules and external systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security.. • User Enablement: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve user adoption and efficiency.. • Governance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with Salesforce and FieldFX best practices, including change management, release management, and security standards.. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, IT) and external partners/vendors to deliver scalable and reliable solutions..
